Our commitment doesn’t stop

In these days we are all asked to do our part and, even if we all shall keep our distance, we try to work together even more closely.

As requested by the Italian Government, we have suspended production to minimize the risk for our employees, but continue to support customers.

In which way?

• You can always reach us by phone at the usual working time.
• Our technical support goes on, both by telephone and remote connection. If you need it, contact us by e-mail and you will be called back as soon as possible.
• The shipment of spare parts will continue as usual, even if some delays could occur, due to the slowdown of couriers .
• Our sales department is available, for every need of information, at the usual email and phone numbers.

We have also decided that all the guarantees of our sawing machines expiring between March 15 and April 15 will last one more month.

We are confident that, working together, we will overcome the emergency.
