VIDEO: NEW SAWING SYSTEM TO MANAGE A WIDE VARIETY OF CUTTING LENGHTS AND SHAPES

This system includes a bar loader with mobile stations (to feed the machine wiht bars of different shapes) and a cut parts discharging system equipped with 9 different unloading stations, to better manage pieces of different lengths. The cut pieces are brought to the different unloading positions by means of a moving belt and placed on bands or into bins.

The cutting center meets all the requirements of the 4.0 industry. The machine control system allows the interconnection to the IT systems of the factory, loading the work program and the managing the cutting parameters remotely. But also giving back lot of very useful information.
